Police make arrest in Burnham murder probe

Police investigating the death of a father and husband from Burnham have made an arrest.

Dean Haverley, 48, died in hospital yesterday following an incident at the George Inn, in the High Street, shortly after midnight on Friday.

This morning, Thames Valley Police confirmed a 61-year-od man from Burnham had been arrested last night on suspicion of murder and is being held in custody.

A post mortem is also due to be carried out later today.
