Maidenhead United will welcome Maidstone United to York Road for a pre-Christmas clash in the FA Trophy next month.
The Magpies, who join the competition at the third-round stage, are looking to improve on their recent record in the competition having bowed out to Weymouth and Halesowen Town in recent seasons.
The Stones progressed to the third round after beating Billericay 6-5 on penalties following a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
The National League South side will visit on Saturday, December 18 and the winning club will net £4,500 from the FA's prize draw. Losing clubs will also bank £1,250.
The Magpies last faced the Stones at York Road in front of the BT Sport cameras, the hosts coming from behind to win 3-2.
Slough Town are also through to the third round for the first time under Neil Baker and Jon Underwood's tenure.
They'll host league rivals Eastbourne Borough having edged through to the third round with a narrow 1-0 win over Havant & Waterlooville at Arbour Park on Saturday.
Aaron Kuhl scored the game's only goal from the penalty spot after Paul Rooney was sent off for hauling him back in the penalty area.
Eastbourne brought an end to the Rebels five-match unbeaten run in the league when they beat them 3-1 a couple of weeks ago.
There are no replays at his stage so if the teams cannot be separated after 90 minutes the ties will be settled by a penalty shoot-out.
If there is a postponement the game should be replayed on or before Thursday, December 23.
