Rebels sign striker Anderson

Slough Town FC have confirmed the signing of striker Jerome Anderson.

The 23-year-old was recently released by Southern Premier Division side Hitchin Town and lists the likes of Stevenage Borough, Maidenhead United and Brackley Town among his former clubs.

Rebels boss Steve Bateman has long been looking to bolster his attacking options as he looks to guide his side to promotion from the Southern Central Division.

Anderson was unable to make his Slough debut at the weekend, however, as his team's home game with North Greenford United was called off due to a frozen pitch.

The Rebels are next in action on Saturday when they travel to Barton Rovers.
