The Fat Duck will re-open in Bray on Tuesday September 29.

Heston Blumenthal's flagship restaurant spent six months in Australia as the Fat Duck in Bray High Street was renovated.

Reservations for the refurbished three Michelin starred restaurant open at noon today, with tables available until Sunday December 20.

On Wednesday, October 7 reservations for January 2016 will become available. The
