Win tickets to a film and food festival

Experience the sensory side of film like never before.

Ever been watching the silver screen and developed an unquenchable desire for the food depicted?

This year's Henley International Film Festival (HIFF) is being held from April 27-29 in Mill Meadows.

It will celebrate the marriage between the two by staging a unique series of screenings in an innovative beanbag cinema, surrounded by more than 60 food stalls.

Films include comedy, Eat Drink Man Woman, which displays a veritable feast of Eastern delights and Merryl Streep and Amy Adams cook up a treat in Nora Ephron's recent Julie & Julia.

Then there's the classic Breakfast at Tiffany's, Kathy Bates in Fried Green Tomatoes, Gabriel Axel’s Fantastic Babettes Feast and arguably the best food film ever Big Night.

Don't expect to dine from a boring old dinner plate as the event will champion some of the best street food around

You might fancy some sushi, Kolkata raw food, Mexican burritos, Indian burgers, crepes, Spanish paella, or deleicious cakes and icecreams.

TV food critic, journalist and broadcaster Richard Johnson will be hosting the event through a roaming food demonstration program including celebrity chef book signings and chef demonstrations throughout the weekend.

The Festival is open from 11am – 10pm each day.

Costs are £10 p/day, £15 for Fri&Sat and £25 for Fri/Sat&Sun
